FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are Ombre Brows?

Ombré Brows are a semi-permanent brow technique that uses a tattoo machine to create a soft, shaded effect — lighter at the front and gradually darker toward the tail. They give the look of filled-in makeup without harsh lines

How long does Ombré Brows Last ?

Results typically last 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare.

Does the procedure hurt ?

Most clients experience little to no discomfort during the procedure. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure your comfort. Many clients find the process so relaxing, they even fall asleep.

What’s the healing process like ?

Healing takes about 7–14 days, with full color settling in after 4–6 weeks. You may experience scabbing, flaking, and temporary fading. A touch-up is recommended after 6–8 weeks for best results.

What skin types are best for Ombre Brows ?

Ombré Brows work well on all skin types, including oily and mature skin. They’re often recommended over microblading for those with oily or sensitive skin because the pigment holds better and fades more evenly.

I have had microblading before. Is the process the same ?

No, microshading (also known as Ombré Brows) is performed using a tattoo machine with precise needle insertion, gently puncturing only the top layer of the skin.

I had microshading (Ombré Brows) done before by a different artis. It faded quickly, why ?

Several factors can affect how Ombré Brows fade over time, including your skin type, sun exposure, the quality of pigment used, how deeply it was implanted, and how well you follow the aftercare instructions.

Is it normal for my Ombré brows to scab and peel ?

When pigment is deposited into the skin during your Ombré Brow procedure, your body treats it like a small wound. As it heals, your skin creates a thin scab to protect itself. As the scab forms, your body starts repairing underneath — which causes.

How long is the procedure?

The full appointment takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours, including consultation, numbing, mapping, and the procedure.
